Arsenal FC was founded in 1886 and were originally based in Woolwich. In 1913 they moved to the Arsenal Stadium in Highbury. In 2006 they moved just down the road to the Emirates Stadium in Holloway. This new stadium has a capacity of over 60,000.

Honours wise Arsenal have won the Premiership 3 times,the FA Cup 10 times and the League Cup twice. In Europe they have won the Cup Winner's Cup and the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup once each.

Arsenal FC managers have inclused Bertie Mee, Don Howe, Terry Neill, George Graham and Bruce Rioch. The current manager is Arsene Wenger, who has been there since 1996.

Famous Arsenal players have included Terry Neill, George Graham, Tony Adams, Alan Smith, David Seaman, Dennis Bergkamp, Ian Wright, Thierry Henry and Freddie Ljungberg. Some of the current team favourites are Cesc Fàbregas, Robin van Persie and Andrei Arshavin.
